For special requirements of steel products, the physical properties are achieved through chemical composition and innovative heat treatment and surface treatment methods. For our product applications the usage properties are precisely noticed and checked before production.
At Rohtas, we used processed wire like Spheroidization, Annealing, Pickling, Phosphating and Wire Drawing on various grades of steel range from 4MM to 27MM. Our raw material processor has complete wire processing unit with annealing & wire draw facility.

ROHTAS conducts quality test on raw material in our in-house quality control lab. Each Coil is tested against stringent quality measures to guarantee performance and quality product. The raw material is 100% checked for chemical composition, metallurgical & mechanical properties at Rohtas besides visual checking. We keep the test records for 5 years.
