At ROHTAS, PLC controlled continuous mesh belt Carburizing, Hardening and Tempering Furnace ensures the high standards of quality. This heat treatment method is used to make the fastener’s mechanical properties. For different grades of fasteners, we have constant belt-type furnaces to heat treat.

Furnace atmosphere for Carbon content of is closely monitored & controlled to produce a even product. For all Low
Carbon, High Carbon Steels, Tools of Heat Treatment Grade like HDS, SPK, High Speed (HSS) continuous Heat Treatment lines ensure consistent quality in this type of different material and property grades. Our system ensures the required tempered mechanical structure with correct hardness & barren of any temper brittleness.

We do have Shekar Hearth Furnace which is electrically heated with a capacity of 80-100 kg/hours & mainly used for high tensile nut-bolt, different types of fasteners.


Our Mesh Belt Conveyor furnace is specifically designed to service for a wide range of heat treatment process, such as Hardening, Carburising, Carbonitriding, Nitriding, bright Annealing, Tempering, Isothermal Annealing and Stress Relieving
